Schroeder Systems is operated by Hugh Schroeder, a sole trader based in Adelaide, South Australia. This policy explains what information is collected through this website and how it's used.
When you submit the "Get a free quote" form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name (if given), the type of engagement and budget range you select, a preferred start date (if given), and a description of your project. We don't collect payment or card details on this site; the form only sends a quote request, it doesn't take payment.
If analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity are active on this site, they may collect standard, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) to help understand how the site is used. No personal enquiry details are shared with these tools.
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a project estimate. They're sent directly to Hugh Schroeder's business email and kept in a customer relationship management (CRM) system so enquiries can be tracked and followed up, and aren't sold or rented to anyone.
Enquiry submissions are delivered by email and also stored as a contact record in our CRM, kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver that work. If you'd like your details removed from either, email contact@schroedersystems.com and this will be actioned.
This site is hosted on Vercel, email is sent via Resend, and enquiry details are stored in HubSpot as our CRM. Each provider processes data on our behalf to deliver the service (hosting the site, sending enquiry emails, keeping a record of enquiries) and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.
